Great service, nice place for a good sub and great chips and a coke.

The sandwiches are consistently delicious, and the employees provide consistently friendly, professional service. The e-club often provides very good deals, like any 6" sub for $2.99.

I love Planet Sub. I eat at this location quite often. The staff is always extremely friendly and when they have down time they are always cleaning something. The sandwiches are great, and they even remember what I order when I come in. I always recommend any Planet Sub location, but I recently moved to this neighborhood and they have impressed me(previously went to the one at 95th and Mission, which is also very good).

Pretty good sub. They make toasted subs on fresh baked bread and have lots of options. They do take a surprisingly long time to make each sub but they also bring it out to your table.

This is the location closest to my work. I have been here quite a few times for lunch. I give kudos to the employees. They are always nice regardless of the lunch rush. The location isn't too JoCo or too hipster, it's right in the middle, serving lunch to everyone from tot moms, workers on lunch and students. It is very open and light with some great paintings of John Lennon and Bob Marley. This Planet Sub is solid. They serve the usual great Planet Sub sandwiches and salads with good attitudes.

I love me some Planet Sub. I'm a creature of habit so I pretty much get the same thing every time. What can you go wrong with bacon, chicken, mayo, and creamy goodness? Yummy!

First off, I will say the staff at this location is always AWESOME. If this were an employee run company, I know it would be a GREAT PLACE. Kudos to the staff who work hard and make excellent food and always with great service. This one star is not towards you. This one star is towards the corporation that owns Planet Sub. I've never come across a company that devalues the feedback it gets from their customers like this one. First off, they hide my posts on their Facebook page. So all those positive comments they let you see? They filter out anything that is remotely negative. What is remotely negative? Asking them to carry a better variety of chips, for one. HIDDEN! Pointing out their phone pay app disenfranchises their cash and plastic card paying customers. HIDDEN. They recently did away with any of their chips that had any flavor or variety for Kettle Chips. Which by itself isn't bad. But when I go into the store and the main options are the varying degrees of salt or types of salt used to flavor the chips and you might be lucky to find a jalapeno chip or a cheddar flavored chip, there really is nothing to choose from. A couple flavors and the rest salt and salt with olive oil, salt with pepper, sea salt, salt, and more salt. It's like a Monty Python sketch but instead of spam it's just salt flavored chips. And not nearly as funny. Any more I just buy my sandwich and skip the chips. But ask them to get in a better variety? Point out on their Facebook page that when they made the announcement they showed a picture of salsa favored Kettle chips but they don't carry them? They hide my comments so nobody else can see them! They only allow the comments to show that bend over to kiss their posterior. Why does it threaten the people who run the stores to suggest they carry a better variety of chips? Why do they have to hide the comments? The comments are not derogatory towards anybody. They seem to be afraid of anything short of people telling them how wonderful they are and should never change. Some of the stuff is wonderful, but there is ALWAYS room for change. And they should not fear it. Yet they do. And the phone pay app? Well, I will just say a place like Pie Five Pizza allows customers to carry a bar code that gives them points for each purchase, and they can accumulate points to get a free meal. Nobody is printing off fake coupons, nobody is cheating the system, none of their crooked thieving employees are taking punch cards and using them for wrong. And EVERY customer of Pie Five can participate and enjoy the benefits, not just those who happen to shell out money for a smart phone. Planet Sub would learn a lot to work towards servicing all their customers and not those who just lick their boots on Facebook and only those who have smart phones. Again, this is not a review for the staff of the store-keep up the great work, staff. I just hope this gets the attention of the people who run the stores.

Planet Sub is a great place to drop into to get a decent sub. I like the turkey bacon guac sandwich, the guac always tastes fresh, and while service may be a little slower than other sandwich joints, higher quality ingredients make up for it! Be sure to sign up online for a free sub on your birthday!

Calls in are always fast, staff is always friendly at this location. I started visiting here when the location at 119 and Lamar closed. I've never been disappointed with a sandwich here. Always good, always fresh and the bread is wonderful. Love coming here to get sandwiches to go before going to Royals games, theater and tons of other summer events.

Ahhh... Yello Sub, errr... I mean Planet Sub, always takes me back to those good ol' college days. On Friday nights, we would head over to the plasma donation center for a free movie and then take our hard won earnings to Yello Sub. My Friday nights are a little different now but Planet Sub is every bit as good. The five star rating is because these are reliably the best subs I have ever had in my life. Note that there are 11 vegetarian subs, although they all depend on cheese for their deliciousness. Vegans can ask them to make a sub vegan and they will at least know what you are talking about. Go to planetsub.com for a $1 off coupon or to fax your order. Note that there are 5 local KS locations, 6 local MO locations, and stores in 5 states.
